Key Responsibilities:

Responsabilidades principales

1-Garantizar el Ingreso de Información de la participación de la niñez registrada de la zona en el sistema Horizont.

2- Garantizar el proceso de entregas de GNs de la niñez registrada en la zona, considerando el cumplimiento de indicadores internacionales.

3- Garantizar el mantenimiento de la flota asignada a la zona, desde el proceso financiero (orden de compra) hasta la recepción del servicio de parte de los proveedores, en coordinación con los FDs.

4- Garantizar el  control de inventarios de Activos Fijos de la zona (Rotulación, actualización de préstamos, desechos, salidas, ventas y otros relacionados a los activos), en estrecha coordinación con Administración de ON, garantizando el cumplimiento de políticas y protocolos de manejo de activos.

5-Colaborar con asistente administrativo de la zona en proceso estratégicos como: Ingreso de Plan de compras, Planificaciones Anuales, entre otras, previa coordinación y autorización de coordinador de zona.
