Requisitos del Puesto:

Formación académica

• Título universitario en Administración,Ingeniería, Psicología, Trabajo Social, Desarrollo Local, Ciencias Sociales o carreras afines.
• Deseable formación complementaria en liderazgo, gestión de equipos, planificación estratégica o gestión de proyectos.
• Deseable Maestría en Gestión de Proyectos o áreas afines

Experiencia

• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en liderazgo o coordinación de proyectos o equipos técnicos.
• Experiencia en planificación operativa, seguimiento técnico y supervisión de personal.
• Experiencia en articulación con socios estratégicos, donantes y gobiernos locales.

Conocimientos y habilidades técnicas

• Inglés avanzado
• Liderazgo transformacional y desarrollo de equipos de alto desempeño.
• Planificación, monitoreo y evaluación de proyectos sociales.
• Enfoque de derechos, igualdad de género y participación comunitaria.
• Gestión por resultados, coordinación interinstitucional y comunicación efectiva.
• Manejo de Microsoft 365 y Power BI.
• Redacción de informes técnicos.
• Manejo de vehículo 4x4 y licencia de conducir vigente.
