Educación

• Licenciatura en Desarrollo, Trabajo Social, Ciencias Sociales, Administración o carrera afín.

Experiencia requerida

• Mínimo 3 años en implementación de programas o proyectos de desarrollo comunitario.
• Experiencia en fortalecimiento de OBCs y OBF´s, identificando puntos de partida donde el aporte comunitario es valorado e incluido en procesos de transformación.
• Experiencia en construcción de asocios con empresa privada, ONGs, mancomunidades e iglesia como socio preferencial.
• Habilidades en marketing social y uso de herramientas tecnológicas para el posicionamiento y resultados de impacto ante audiencias internas y externas.
• Dominio pleno del idioma inglés

Competencias requeridas

• Liderazgo de equipos en contextos comunitarios.
• Comunicación efectiva en español e inglés.
• Capacidad de análisis, reporte y rendición de cuentas.
• Manejo de herramientas digitales y plataformas de comunicación.

Deseables

• Conocimiento y experiencia en el marco de ciclo de vida de los niños.
• Conocimiento y experiencia en el modelo ecológico de desarrollo.
• Conocimiento del contexto departamental de Comayagua y sus municipios.
• Experiencia en gestión de patrocinio o trabajo con oficinas de soporte de organismos internacionales.
