Coordinador/a de Patrocinio en Clúster

📍 Yamaranguila, Intibucá

La posición será responsable de asegurar la implementación efectiva del Patrocinio Integrado en los Programas de Área, fortaleciendo las capacidades del personal y las estructuras comunitarias, promoviendo la participación significativa de la niñez y garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, salvaguarda y gestión de la información.

Requisitos principales:

• Grado universitario en Trabajo Social, Pedagogía en Administración Educativa, Gerencia de Desarrollo Social o carreras afines.
• Experiencia mínima de tres años en puestos similares.
• Experiencia en planificación operativa y gestión de proyectos sociales.
• Experiencia en la conformación y fortalecimiento de redes comunitarias.
• Experiencia utilizando metodologías participativas y lúdicas con niñez, adolescencia y juventud.
• Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación, planificación, innovación y orientación a resultados.
• Excelente capacidad para redactar documentos técnicos y manejar herramientas informáticas.
• Licencia de conducir vigente y capacidad para conducir vehículos 4x4.
• Inglés avanzado deseable.
