Job Description:

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

30% Identify and Report current and emerging Credit Risk within VFT-MFB

·       Facilitates Identification and Reporting current and emerging Credit Risk within VFT-MFB

·     Prepares summary of monthly and quarterly credit reports by branches, by products, by cycle

·      Review risks on new products & projects

·     Prepares credit risks trends of branches and products & projects

·     Risk mitigation measures

·     Reduce loss

·     Profitability

15% Preparation of mortgage documents

·     Compiling of all recommended documents for mortgage

·     Prepare mortgage document After loan process approval

·     Risk Avoidance

·     Reduced Loss

·     Compliance

(25%)Assist with enhancement of VFT-MFB Credit Risk Appetite

·     Effectively communicate & implement RMF (Risk management Findings) within VFT

·     Determine the need for more thorough investigation on poorly performing products & projects

·     Risk awareness

(30%)Preparations of Reports

·     Prepares and complies BOT and CRB reports

·     Is a contact person with Credit Info, BOT on all matters of Credit Report for CRB

·     Completing and submitting credit reference report to BOT on monthly basis

·     Handles customer disputes regarding Credit reference status by validating and update their status with CRB, where appropriate clears Bank upon customer request

·     Preparation of vintage reports

·     Preparation of PEP reports

·     Daily collection efficiency report

·     Improved Customer relationship

·     Compliance

·     Good public Reputation 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

List education, knowledge & skills, licenses preferred, and all experiences required to perform this position in a fully competent manner.

Minimum education, training and experience requirements to qualify for the position:

List academic, technical skills or other knowledge required as a minimum qualification for this position.

·     Master /Post graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management

·     Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Law/Accounting, Risk Management

·     Very good knowledge of oral & written English

·     Very good analytical & reporting skills

·     5 years experience in credit management is an added advantage
