Propósito del puesto
Implementar la estrategia de incidencia de Visión Mundial Nicaragua, promoviendo alianzas estratégicas con instituciones públicas, sector privado, organizaciones de sociedad civil, iglesias y voluntariado para impulsar acciones que fortalezcan políticas, programas e iniciativas en favor del bienestar, protección y desarrollo integral de la niñez, adolescencia y juventud.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Implementar y dar seguimiento a la estrategia nacional de incidencia, alineada con los lineamientos globales y regionales de World Vision. Fortalecer las capacidades de los equipos programáticos y de proyectos para promover acciones de incidencia a nivel local y nacional.
  • Desarrollar y consolidar alianzas con actores clave del sector público, privado, sociedad civil e iglesias para impulsar iniciativas en favor de los derechos de la niñez
  • Coordinar y apoyar campañas de incidencia, movilización social y participación de niños, niñas, adolescentes y jóvenes en espacios de promoción de derechos.
  • Representar y posicionar a la organización en redes, plataformas y espacios estratégicos relacionados con la protección y bienestar de la niñez. Garantizar la aplicación de las políticas y estándares de Salvaguarda en todas las iniciativas de incidencia y voluntariado bajo su coordinación.

Requisitos clave

  • Licenciatura en Derecho, Ciencias Políticas, Sociología, Trabajo Social, Relaciones Internacionales, Psicología, Antropología o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en incidencia, promoción de derechos de la niñez, desarrollo sostenible o trabajo en redes y coaliciones.
  • Capacidad de negociación, comunicación, influencia y relacionamiento con múltiples actores.
  • Habilidades de análisis, redacción de informes técnicos y facilitación de capacitaciones.
  • Indispensable: dominio avanzado del idioma inglés (hablado, escrito y lectura).
  • Licencia de conducir categoría 3
