Formación académica

• Licenciatura en Administración, Contaduría Pública, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines (Seguridad, Gestión de Riesgos, Cumplimiento).

Experiencia

• Experiencia en seguridad corporativa, control interno, auditoría y gestión de riesgos.
• Entrenamiento y experiencia previa en perfiles de seguridad corporativa o afines.
• Experiencia en elaboración y presentación de informes ejecutivos y gerenciales.

Conocimientos y habilidades

• Gestión Integral de Riesgos Empresariales (ERM).
• Auditoría interna.
• Elaboración de matrices de riesgo.
• Conocimiento de legislación tributaria básica.
• Alta confiabilidad, confidencialidad y discreción en el manejo de la información.
• Habilidad para establecer relaciones efectivas con diferentes públicos.
• Gestión e implementación de proyectos.
• Manejo de herramientas computacionales.
• Destreza para conducir vehículo 4x4.
• Análisis y evaluación de riesgos.

Certificaciones (deseables)

• ISO 31000 – Gestión de Riesgos.
• Auditor Interno.
• Certificaciones en Compliance.

Idiomas

• Bilingüe (español e inglés).
