GESTOR(A) DE DESARROLLO INTEGRAL
📍 San Sebastian, Lempira

Requisitos principales:

✅ Formación universitaria o técnica en Ciencias Sociales, Pedagogía, Agronomía o carreras afines.
✅ Dos años de experiencia en puestos similares.
✅ Experiencia en desarrollo local, proyectos comunitarios y fortalecimiento de organizaciones comunitarias.
✅ Conocimientos de formulación, monitoreo y evaluación de proyectos.
✅ Habilidad para facilitar procesos participativos con niñez, adolescencia, juventud y comunidades.
✅ Manejo de herramientas tecnológicas y medios digitales.
✅ Disponibilidad para residir o convivir en la zona de intervención.
✅ Indispensable saber conducir motocicleta.
