Overview of the role and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Criterios Generales:
• Estado Civil: indistinto
• Edad: 26 años en adelante
• Licenciatura en Psicología, Administración, RH o afín.
• Rol con enfoque en prevención (rotación, clima, desempeño) más que en reacción.
• Alta presencia en campo y contacto directo con operación, negocio y cobranza.
• Alta interacción con líderes de sucursal y colaboradores.
Escolaridad:
• Licenciatura en áreas económico-administrativas. LAE, Psicología, o carreras afines.
Conocimientos:
• Procesos de RH (reclutamiento, capacitación, desempeño).
• Legislación laboral mexicana.
• Manejo de incidencias, relaciones laborales y desvinculaciones.
• Administración de personal.
• Capacitación.
Experiencia:
• 3 a 5 años en Recursos Humanos generalista o HRBP, o trabajando en diferentes momentos en áreas de RH.
• Experiencia en campo, multisucursales o entornos operativos.
• Experiencia en reclutamiento, capacitación y relaciones laborales.
