Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technical Support: assist with first line helpdesk support by troubleshooting hardware, software and network issue for staffs
• Hardware and software setup: Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of new computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Network Assistance: Help maintain the Local Area Network (LAN) and troubleshoot basic connectivity and Wi-Fi problems
• System Maintenance: Perform routine checks on IT equipment, apply software updates, and assist with data backups and inventory tracking

• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, IT asset logs, and troubleshooting guides.

Qualifications & Requirements

-  Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

•  Technical Skills: Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/macOS), network protocols, and Microsoft 365.
•   Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a customer-service oriented mindset.
• Work Ethic: Eager to learn, able to work collaboratively in a team, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
