Key Responsibilities:

Oficial Logístico

Apoya en las labores logísticas de Oficina Nacional, de acuerdo con las políticas y procedimientos locales y globales. Proporcionar solución efectiva en cuanto al servicio de transportación, recepción, almacén e inventarios para las actividades que se realicen en WVRD.

Requisitos:

Estudiante universitario

Experiencia: 
•    3 años de experiencia trabajando en servicios de transportación de vehículos mecánicos y zonas difícil o carreteras complejas.
•    Experiencia entablando relaciones sólidas con clientes internos y relacionados.
•    Se recomienda tener experiencia en procesos específicos pertinentes a las Operaciones de ONG.

Destrezas Técnicas:
•    Conocimiento de Windows y MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) intermedio. 
•    Conocimiento de las carreteras a nivel Nacional
•    Manejo logístico y de inventarios 
•    Habilidades blandas para trabajar en equipo. 
•    Debe saber manejar vehículo mecánico, indispensable
 

Funciones a desempeñar:

• Asistir los requerimientos de transporte para las diferentes necesidades asignadas.
• Responder al proceso de solicitud de traslados.
• Seguimiento al plan de mantenimiento del uso de unidades de vehículos asignados.
• Gestionar los elementos y transporte necesario para el montaje de eventos de que requieran montajes externos e internos.
• Recepciones de mercancías solicitadas para hacer las entregas en áreas definidas.
