Job Description:

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Partner Management & Coordination

  • Serve as primary focal point for assigned implementing partners.
  • Coordinate planning and implementation with partners.
  • Ensure alignment with project objectives and workplans.
  • Facilitate regular partner review meetings.

 

Partner Monitoring & Performance Management

  • Monitor partner implementation performance.
  • Review workplans, reports, and progress against targets.
  • Conduct regular field visits.
  • Follow up on corrective actions.

 

Capacity Strengthening & Localization

  • Identify partner capacity gaps.
  • Develop and implement capacity strengthening plans.
  • Support organizational development and project management skills.
  • Promote localization objectives within RISE.

 

Compliance, Risk & Accountability

  • Ensure compliance with partnership agreements.
  • Monitor partner adherence to donor requirements.
  • Support safeguarding, financial compliance, and risk management.
  • Follow up on audit and monitoring findings.

 

Reporting & Knowledge Management

  • Consolidate partner implementation information.
  • Support donor and internal reporting.
  • Document lessons learned and good practices.
  • Promote cross-learning among partners.

 

KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ROLE

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in partnership management, grants management, capacity strengthening, or NGO coordination.
  • Demonstrated experience working with local NGOs, CSOs, faith-based organizations, and community-based organizations.
  • Experience managing partner performance and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in humanitarian or development programming.
  • Experience supporting organizational capacity strengthening initiatives.
  • Experience working in fragile or conflict-affected contexts is desirable.
  • Experience with donor-funded projects and consortium management is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in International Development, Management, Social Sciences, Public Administration, Community Development, or related field.
  • Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Training in partnership management, capacity strengthening, grants management, or organizational development is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of localization principles and partnership approaches.
  • Familiarity with donor compliance and partner monitoring requirements.
  • Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong organizational capacity assessment and capacity-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple partners simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with World Vision partnership processes is an advantage.
  • Based in National Office and up to 50–60% travel to partner locations and field sites.
  • Ability to work in remote and challenging operational environments.
  • Frequent interaction with partner organizations across multiple locations.
