Key Responsibilities:

Realizar el seguimiento constante de los proyectos de VFMéxico, comprobando que se cumplan los plazos y los hitos establecidos, creando y manteniendo la documentación completa de los proyectos.

Funciones:

• Crear y mantener documentación completa del proyecto
• Apoyo en la creación de cronogramas de los proyectos
• Seguimiento de proyectos de inicio a fin
• Administrar los cambios en el alcance del proyecto, el cronograma del proyecto y los costos del proyecto utilizando técnicas de verificación adecuadas
• Medir el rendimiento del proyecto utilizando herramientas y técnicas apropiadas
• Informar y escalar cualquier desviación del Project Manager
• Asegurar que todos los proyectos se entreguen a tiempo, dentro del alcance y dentro del presupuesto

Habilidades

• Buena comunicación; habilidades escritas y orales
• Competencia en el análisis y resolución de problemas relacionados con proyectos
• Excelentes habilidades de relaciones humanas evidentes en la capacidad de trabajar con el equipo
• Gran capacidad para prestar atención a los detalles, así como habilidades organizativas probadas
• Capacidad de ser proactivo e independiente, y de ser interdependiente del equipo
