Overview of the role and responsibilities

ADB's Talent Acquisition Division (BPTA) is pleased to announce an upcoming in-person visit to Bangkok, Thailand, scheduled for September 2026, to conduct 1-on-1 meetings with pre-selected participants.

Qualifications
ADB seeks talent who embrace our mission to reduce poverty and improve the quality of life in Asia and the Pacific. We seek candidates who have:
- A Master's degree in relevant fields or a university degree in related fields combined with additional relevant professional experience
- At least a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for entry-level roles, 6 years for mid-level opportunities, and 10 years for senior-level roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ideally with international experience working in several countries
